Cancellation & Deposit Refund: We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your appointment and receive a full deposit refund provided that the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us directly at (609) 204-9510 to speak with a customer service representative. Our team will assist you through the process to ensure that it is seamless and straightforward.
Processing Time: Once your refund request has been confirmed, please allow 3-5 business days for the transaction to be processed. We appreciate your patience as we work to return your funds promptly.
Late Cancellation Fee: Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of your session will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Additionally, a cancellation fee will be applied to cover the time and resources reserved for your appointment.
Appointment Time: We operate on a strict schedule to provide the best service to all our clients. Your session time is fixed upon booking and begins exactly at the scheduled start time, not at the time of arrival.

Studio Decorum

Group Bookings: For parties exceeding five guests, we kindly request that you notify the studio ahead of time. This enables us to accommodate your group with the utmost attention to detail and service.

Property Care: In the event of any damage to studio property, we will hold the responsible party accountable for restitution or replacement costs. We believe in and promote a culture of respect and care for the shared creative space that benefits all our clients.

Cleanliness Maintenance Fee: We pride ourselves on maintaining a pristine environment for all our guests. A cleaning fee will be applied only when the condition of the studio after use requires professional services beyond our standard cleaning protocol.

Right of Admission: We prioritize the safety and comfort of all our patrons. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse entry or service to individuals if deemed necessary to uphold the studio’s security and harmonious atmosphere.
